Pet Memorial

Zeus was our beloved family member for over 13 years. He was a Chocolate lab/ Catahoula hound mix. He looked very chocolately but behaved very much like a hound. He hated the water. Refusing to retrieve anything, he could spend hours sniffing and tracking the whole neighbourhood.

He was sweet and gentle but quite fearless too, especially if another dog came anywhere near his food. His days were spent chasing squirrels in the yard, barking at the mailman, going on long walks and meeting up with his many neighbourhood canine friends.

He was a cuddler and as warm as any furnace in the winter months. He had the softest brown velvet ears.

His favourite day was a car drive to one his many hiking spots, followed by a trip to Tim Hortons for old fashioned timbits.

He led a wonderful life and gave so much love to so many. He will stay in our hearts forever. ❤
